Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story was released on September 21 telling the story of Milwaukee serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer, including his eventual arrest and the trial that followed the discovery of his gruesome crimes.
The crime drama sees American Horror Story star Evan Peters take on the role of Dahmer, who was convicted of brutally killing 17 victims in total, all male, between the years of 1978 and 1991.
He was arrested and eventually imprisoned in 1992, before being killed during his incarceration at the age of 34.
It’s nice to know that Jeffrey Dahmer was taken care of inside the penitentiary by being beaten to death by another inmate. More relevant to this story is that he was explicitly homosexual.
When he reached puberty, Dahmer discovered he was gay;[41] he did not tell his parents. In his early teens, he had a brief relationship with another teenage boy, although they never had intercourse.[42] By Dahmer’s later admission, he began fantasizing about dominating and controlling a completely submissive male partner in his early to mid-teens, and his masturbatory fantasies gradually evolved to his focusing upon the chests and torsos of the focus of his fantasies. Well ackshually Jeffrey Dahmer murdering a bunch of teenage boys after sadistically raping them and in some cases eating them is most definitely an LGBTQ+IASS story, if ever there was one.

Most of Dahmer’s victims were killed by strangulation after being drugged with sedatives. His first victim was killed by a combination of bludgeoning and strangulation and his second victim was battered to death, with one further victim killed in 1990, Ernest Miller, dying of a combination of shock and blood loss due to his carotid artery being cut.[4] Four of Dahmer’s victims killed in 1991 had holes bored into their skulls through which Dahmer injected hydrochloric acid or, later, boiling water, into the frontal lobes [308] in an attempt to induce a permanent, submissive, unresistant state. This proved fatal, although on each occasion this was not Dahmer’s intention.[187]
Sure, drilling holes into peoples skulls while they’re still alive seems pretty horrifying, but it gets worse.
For a total of two weeks following Tuomi’s murder, Dahmer retained the victim’s head wrapped in a blanket. After two weeks, Dahmer boiled the head in a mixture of Soilex (an alkali-based industrial detergent) and bleach in an effort to retain the skull, which he then used as stimulus for masturbation. Eventually, the skull was rendered too brittle by this bleaching process, so Dahmer pulverized and disposed of it.[112]

Was serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer a cannibal in real life? As gruesome as Dahmer’s multiple killings were, the allegations of cannibalism added a grisly twist.
The answer is that, yes, Dahmer practiced cannibalism, at least according to what he told Milwaukee police. The details, derived from newspaper articles at the time on trial testimony, are extremely gruesome and disturbing, so be forewarned.
A 1992 article in the Eau Claire Leader-Telegram, accessed through Newspapers.com, described trial testimony. “Witnesses told of how Dahmer cooked and ate a heart, bicep and thigh; how he slit corpses from sternum to toe and cut the flesh into fist-sized pieces; and how he soaked torsos in acid and kept skulls and other parts as mementos.”
One psychiatrist believed he might have been lying about some of it, namely the cannibalism, to bolster an insanity defense. It’s impossible to know for sure; police did find heads in his refrigerator.
Jeffrey Dahmer is truly one of the most horrific individuals of 20th century America. He’s also a fag, and those two things are related.
The District Attorney also said during the trial that Dahmer had a “compulsion to have sex with [male] corpses.”

I guess it’s just hilarious to think of Netflix making a quirky pervert-friendly story about a young queer kid who grows up confused in Wisconsin before the Cis-Supremacist hetero-normative system comes down on him and throws him in jail, all because he raped, murdered, ate, and then raped the dead bodies of some other men in the LGBTQ+ community. And we all know, being anti-cannibalistic necrophilia is just codeword for Enjoying Adolf Hitler. At the very least it’s hilarious that Netflix found the need to remind everyone that this is in fact, a uniquely LGBT story.
