Tamara Crowchief may have yelled “I hate white people” as she carried out a violent assault on a white person, but that doesn’t mean her attack was racially motivated, a Canadian judge has ruled.
The attack occurred outside a pub in Calgary, Canada, on Nov. 1, according to the Calgary Herald. Crowchief’s victim, identified as Lydia White, lost a tooth in the assault, the paper reported.
Prosecutor Karuna Ramakrishnan had tried to put Crowchief behind bars for 12 to 15 months by arguing that the indigenous woman’s “unprovoked” actions represented a hate crime, the paper reported. But Judge Harry Van Harten of the provincial court strongly disagreed.
“The offender said, ‘I hate white people’ and threw a punch,” Van Harten told those gathered in the court during his ruling. “There is no evidence either way about what the offender meant or whether . . . she holds or promotes an ideology which would explain why this assault was aimed at this victim. I am not satisfied beyond a reasonable doubt that this offense was, even in part, motivated by racial bias.”
This story is from 2016, but I had to write about it since it’s the first I heard of it. An Aboriginal Woman at a bar did a random attack against a White Woman, punched out one of her teeth while screaming “I hate White People,” and this anti-White is pretending that there’s no reason to suspect any racial animus.

It’s absurd to the point of satire.
White was standing outside the pub talking to another person when Crowchief walked up and yelled “I hate white people” before punching White in the face, the paper reported. After the assault, Crowchief left the scene, but White followed her and called police.
When authorities arrived and arrested Crowchief, she told them “the white man was out to get her,” the paper reported.
At a recent court hearing, White said she’s still baffled by the assault.
“I still get angry when I think about it,” she said. “I don’t understand why this woman did this. I never did anything to her. Never even spoke to her.”
This was well and truly a random attack, except that Lydia is White. There is no other explanation, and her ranting about the White Man being out to get her simply seals the deal. It’s not even remotely possible to argue otherwise.
By the time of her sentencing, Crowchief had already spent more than six months in jail, according to the Calgary Herald.
Van Harten agreed with Crowchief’s defense attorney, Adriano Iovinelli, that she’d been behind bars long enough.
The judge gave Crowchief 12 months probation “and ordered her to get psychological and psychiatric counselling, as well as counselling for substance abuse,” the Herald reported.
I was trying to get some sort of activism going recalling this judge. Turns out that in Canada, there is no way to recall judges. They are well and truly dictators. This gets reframed as them being “independent,” from government and the people they see themselves fit to rule over.
You can see the total lack of accountability here. If you don’t like a judge, the only thing you can do, and this includes the legislature, is lodge a complaint with the Canadian Judicial Council (CJC). This is a tiny group of judges who look over your complaint. They then decide if they personally like you and rule however they wish. You have no oversight into this process.
Like I said, imagine if I made myself dictator for the day. Only, instead of being a dictator, I was just an “independent,” branch of government that no one else had any mechanism to rein in. Well that sounds pretty much just like a dictatorship, right? Okay but now instead of just me it’s like a few hundred guys, maybe even a thousand. And if you have a problem with any of them you can file a complaint and I personally will make sure to throw in the garbage.
You see it’s not a dictatorship, it’s an independent branch of government that’s central to Our Democracy. I think the name we could call it is maybe like “the Judiciary.” Or maybe the Rules Based International Order.

It looks like Tamara Crowchief was an alcoholic with a significant criminal record: “… she has many convictions, almost half of them are for breaching court orders. There are three previous convictions for violence….”
But why, oh why would this mostly peaceful alcoholic hate White people? Oh wait: “there is no question that the offender is a survivor of the trans-generational effect of residential schooling.”
Tamara’s parents went to an all-paid boarding school somewhere, met, had Tamara, and then abandoned her to be raised by her grandparents. Because, well, you know, school is trauma. The grandparents then both died in a car accident. Tamara then began drinking heavily, and started her crime spree.
The parents are still AWOL. And all of this is White peoples’ fault.
The whole story is both ridiculous and tragic. Bottom line though: The gravocaust allows Indians to commit obvious hate crimes against White people with impunity.
The judge looks like a self-hating cuck. What a milquetoast moron.
