Montana is now the first U.S. state to completely ban TikTok. Today, Republican Gov. Greg Gianforte signed a measure prohibiting downloads in the state of the popular app.

Violators face a fine of $10,000 per day for each time an entity offers the ability to download or access the TikTok platform. The penalties do not apply to individual users.

The measure will take effect on Jan. 1, 2024, but will be challenged legally. TikTok itself has not said whether it will head to court.

The governor was firm in his advocacy for a TikTok-free Montana.

TikTok-free Montana?

Finally a Republican who advocates for the people, and doesn’t get sidetracked pushing gay bullshit that the (((ADL))) wants. I cannot wait for his Hitlerian speech where he castigates that tranny grooming app, which censors all of us just as hard as Jewgle does.

“Today, Montana takes the most decisive action of any state to protect Montanans’ private data and sensitive personal information from being harvested by the Chinese Communist Party,” Gianforte said in a statement.

Nevermind it’s something gay.

Republicans should never be praised when they do something good, rare an occasion as that is, since they are only doing that because they feel that they need to. They should be even less praised when they do something moderately good, but for a retarded reason like “muh ChyNAAAA.” Banning TikTok is arguably a decent thing to do. Stopping them from censoring all the cool people would be the truly best thing. Wake me up when these time wasters ban Google.

UPDATE: The first volley back at Montana lawmakers has come from five TikTok content creators. They argue the law banning the app’s deployment is an unconstitutional violation of free speech rights.

The Montana residents filed their complaint on Wednesday in federal court in Missoula. They also argued that the state doesn’t have authority over national security issues.

And of course, it’ll probably be overturned anyway, making this useless legislation also vaporware. I could not be more bored.

Montana Governor Greg Gianforte

That’s the problem with daily news. When you don’t have a party that represents you, nothing really happens.

  1. On a somewhat related topic, Supreme Court of Canada rules that calling someone a tranny hater is protected free speech.

Whew, glad that’s settled. I can’t imagine how this political system could ever function without being able to slander people as tranny haters. Of course, calling out jews is still hate.

Thanks to court justice Andromache Karakatsanis for her wise ruling. We now know what slurs are a-ok to use against White men in political positions.

  2. I think this is a double edged sword because while their stated reasoning was retarded there is no doubt that tiktok IS full of anti White propaganda and faggots trying to corrupt kids.
