I’m sure there are a lot of you reading this right now who recently saw my appearance on the Rand Report with Randbot. On there I said I’d have at least a teaser article out explaining what happened with Hyphen Report. Unfortunately I’m still only halfway done uploading my 4,297 images, and I’m deathly afraid of uploading more images. I need those screencaps to tell that story, so I’ll save that for later.
What I’ll say for now is that The Daily Rake is going to have all the content that you saw me write as The Notorious Dr. Shekelstein over at Hyphen Report. In addition to that, we’re going to be focusing on Canadian Politics specifically, for reasons that will become obvious in the future. Every last one of my old articles from Hyphen Report will be migrated over here, and will be taken down from Hyphen Report.
I will not be writing any less international content. Instead, the Canadian content will simply be in addition to the more universal stuff, and if it’s not relevant to you, simply step over it. So yes, there will be articles on the minutiae of Canadian Politics right next to articles titled “TradHomo Mixed-Race Mexican Midget gets Racially Abused Online – Greatest Hits.”
Sorry about such an underwhelming first post, but there’s a lot of technical problems we’ve still got to get sorted out. This was to be expected, and we’ll be up in the swing of things in no time.
