The raving madman who allegedly shot 10 people on a subway train last month told a judge he was feeling “pretty good” right before he pleaded not guilty to terrorism charges during his arraignment in Brooklyn federal court Friday.
Frank James, 62, said little else except to confirm that he understood the charges and his rights and that he was “competent” enough to move forward with the case.
Just like with Darrell Brooks, the BLM Waukesha terrorist, Frank James and his motivations were swept out of the news cycle by the WMD Liars lickedysplit. Ultimately, unlike Darrell Brooks, Frank James is at least facing terrorism charges. But of course he’s not facing any hate crime charges, despite the racially motivated nature of his terrorist crimes.

Darrell Brooks had explicit violent anti-White rhetoric on his social media posts. Did Frank James have the same?
Yes, yes he did.
James posted material on social media linked to black identity extremist ideologies, including the Nation of Islam, Black Panthers, Black Liberation Army, BLM and an image of black nationalist cop-killer Micah Johnson.
It’s obvious that Frank James had serious mental health issues. The same was true for Darrell Brooks. But don’t ever let them get away with that as an excuse to not charge him with anti-White hate crimes. The ADL controlled FBI would never do that for some mentally disturbed White mass shooter.
In another video, he weeps over the news that new Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is married to a “white man,” whom he described as the “enemy.”
It is only through luck that all 29 injured victims of Frank James were uninjured, especially since 10 of them were shot.
“These white motherf—ers, this is what they do,” he says in a video about the Ukraine invasion, claiming it presaged a black genocide in the United States.
“Ultimately at the end of the day, they kill and commit genocide against each other. What do you think they gonna do to your black ass? …”
And just like Darrell Brooks, he made explicit statements advocating for violence.
In another rant, he says: “I wanted to watch people die right in front of my f—ing face immediately.”
Frank James was in no way unknown to the police. But of course, the local New Yawk PD and the FBI had more politically important tasks.
Maybe if the FBI didn’t waste so much effort chasing down white-supremacy hoaxes, entrapping Trump supporters and investigating bogus reports of nooses in NASCAR garages, it might have been better placed to notice James’ years of hate-filled rants on social media.
But of course, that’s the FBI’s job. It is a political police force. It was under Blormph, and it continues to be under Biden’s owners.
According to Kyle Shideler, the center’s director for homeland security and counterterrorism, “The FBI, DHS and other elements of the intelligence community have routinely downplayed the potential risk of violence from black identity extremists …
“As a result of this political pressure, there has been minimal study and training done to educate law enforcement on the intricacies of the black identity extremist thought, and its various strains and idiosyncrasies,” he wrote in a paper published Wednesday.
“Instead, the tendency is to deny that such attacks are politically motivated, and thus deny any terrorism angle for further investigation.”
The exact same thing is done by the political police for here in Canada, the RCMP. And the big city police forces, like the Vancouver PD, or the Winniped PD, are possibly even worse. As one of many examples, when Dave Alexander Zegarac drove two hours out of his way to intentionally run over four Trucker Convoy protesters in Winnipeg, the Winnipeg PD not only refused to charge him with hate crime or terrorism charges, but they refused to repeat what he was screaming at the top of his lungs to the police when they arrested him.
Hate crime charges are political charges. Only privileged groups have access to them. That’s also why, when 69 churches here in Canada were arsoned, desecrated, or vandalized in some other way, many repeatedly so, there was not one single hate crime charge. Not one.
Despite the fact that this is clearly and undeniably listed as a hate crime in the Criminal Code.
Always keep that in mind if you read some propaganda from the Epstein Killed Himself Liars that claims that x group is super oppressed because they’re the “victims,” of the most hate crimes. What it actually means is that they are the most privileged, and thus have the most access to political prosecution of their perceived enemies.
