An ER doctor was killed after being mown down by a Lexus and then stabbed to death by the driver in an apparent road rage incident.
Dr Michael Mammone, 58, was cycling on the Pacific Coast Highway, California, when he was run over by a white Lexus which sped through a red light at an intersection on Wednesday at around 3pm.
The driver of the vehicle, Vanroy Evan Smith, 39, then got out of his car and stabbed the cyclist multiple times in the back, with brave bystanders tackling him to the ground.
Witnesses say he was holding a BB gun when he approached Dr Mammone, a married father-of-two, and was screaming racial slurs about ‘white privilege’, according to ABC7.

It is unquestioned that Vanroy Evan Smith hit Dr. Michael Mammone with his car. Then he got out, armed with a knife and possibly a bb gun, and stabbed this injured White Man, and father of two sons, to death.
What I couldn’t initially confirm was that he was using anti-White slurs while he murdered Michael Mammone. I can easily believe it, I just can’t say for sure, because the original ABC7 report that DailyMail is saying claims this doesn’t actually say that anywhere.
One of two things must be true. First, the DailyMail continues to not be a real news organization and just made that up. Second, ABC deleted that part of their story for anti-White reasons.
I spent half an hour looking for an answer before, thanks to NewsWars, I got a screencap of the original ABC7 article which clearly notes a witness claiming the Vanroy Smith was “uttering racial slurs about white privilege.”
This fits with the nature of the attack, as well as his Darrell Brooks-esque political ramblings.
So yes, Dr. Michael Mammone was murdered because he was White, by a negro who was incensed by the anti-White hate propaganda put out by zionist media. Our governments refuse to treat anti-White hate speech as hate speech, let alone throwing those responsible for this in jail on charges of stochastic terrorism.

Whatever, it doesn’t matter — what matters is he isn’t white — even members of the ‘model minority’ (Asians) are adopting a hate whitey attitude.
I already had an email conversation with an Orange County reporter about this case — the story touched a nerve since I ride my bike a lot (and did so when I lived in California), but I emailed her mostly because her first article on this included a foto of the victim, but not the perpetrator, who was already in custody — she replied that law enforcement did not provide a foto, and per her they said it was because he was not a danger to the community, which made no sense to me, since it is normal to release fotos of murder suspects even when they’re in custody — but after the George Floyd incident, booking fotos are released less often: there was a wave of such announcements from police, sheriffs, and even media saying they would no longer publish mug shots (of course we all know why).
So as soon as I saw there was no foto of the suspect I already had my suspicions — also he was said to live in Long Beach, and most of LB is pretty dicey.
I’ll wait on the motive, and whether there was some interaction between them before the killing — discounting for a moment racial animus as a motive, this kind of seemingly motiveless interracial murder is rare: 80+% of killings involve people who knew each other, and nearly all the time they are of the same race — interracial killings are only a fraction of the remaining approx 20% stranger homicides, where of course a huge majority of those involving Blacks and Whites are black-on-white killings — I don’t necessarily trust these initial reported witness statements — remember all the lying niggers who said Michael Brown had his hands up — people say all kinds of dumb shit.
