When President Zelensky joined last week’s European Union summit by video link, he worked his way one by one through each of its 27 member states, noting which was backing his country’s struggle against the Russian invaders. He left Viktor Orban, the Hungarian prime minister, to last.
“Listen, Viktor, do you know what is happening in Mariupol?” Zelensky, 44, demanded in a reference to the port city flattened by the Russians. “Once and for all you have to decide who you are with.”
You know what, I was going to write a long article on this, but I’m a bit too tired of these people. How goddamn entitled can Zelensky be? Was he lecturing the goyim and demanding they intervene when the Ukrainian “anti-terrorist forces,” murdered over 200 ethnic Russians by firing artillery into their towns? Of course not. But when the parasites that run our countries don’t give him exactly what he wants when he wants it you better prepare yourself for the whinefest.
Viktor Orban’s coolness on Ukraine wins him voters, but costs him friends
Imagine seeing this kind of propaganda and thinking that you actually live in a Democracy. It’s literally “this fucking cunt is actually doing what the people want.”
Hammering home his point with customary skill –
Nope. That’s it, I’m done with this. I’m not reading anymore, although I will explain why they’re so butthurt. Here’s an article written on the 20th.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban delivered a speech for the occasion that did not reflect the day’s celebratory spirit. Instead, he addressed the war in Ukraine. He emphasized the importance of not adding to the prevalent hysteria, and of maintaining sufficient distance from Russia, Ukraine, the European Union, and the United States alike. He also said that Hungary needs to maintain the low energy prices produced by imports of Russian gas. Stopping short of condemning Russia’s brutal attack on Ukrainian sovereignty, he merely stressed the importance of keeping the peace—saying, Hungary should not get “between the Ukrainian anvil and the Russian sledgehammer” and labeling the country’s opposition, which has called for a united Western response to the conflict, “warmongers.”
Orban basically has the policy any reasonable person would have. It’s not in the interest of Hungarians to support (((Zelensky))) and his gang of criminals who spent the past 8 years looting Ukraine but now pretend to be its greatest protectors as they prevent Russia from evacuating Ukrainian Citizens from Mariupol and other cities. He also has the backbone to actually call these people out as warmongers, which puts them on the defensive. Remember, always be attacking.
Orban is a complicated character, and I don’t know enough about him to make a final judgement, but if he isn’t a complete whore politician he certainly does a good job pretending.
