Nov 10 (Reuters) – A federal judge in Texas on Thursday ruled that President Joe Biden’s plan to cancel hundreds of billions of dollars in student loan debt was unlawful and must be vacated, delivering a victory to conservative opponents of the program.

U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman, an appointee of former Republican President Donald Trump in Fort Worth, called the program an “unconstitutional exercise of Congress’s legislative power” as he ruled in favor of two borrowers backed by a conservative advocacy group.

The debt relief plan had already been temporarily blocked by the St. Louis-based 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals while it considers a request by six Republican-led states to enjoin it while they appealed the dismissal of their own lawsuit.

T-they’re committed to this? This is what Republicans are proud of?

Child trannies? Anti-Whiteness? Cultural AIDS pushed by Hollywood? These are not the crucial issues for Republicans. Making sure that bankers and universities, who are all extremist kosher-left institutions, get to continuously exploit and abuse the population, leading many young people to destroy their lives in a never ending sea of debt? Now that my friends, is what conservatism is all about.

The borrowers were backed by the Job Creators Network Foundation, a conservative advocacy group founded by Bernie Marcus, a co-founder of Home Depot (HD.N).

Bernie Marcus, eh?

I’ve heard (((Mr. Marcus))) discussed on FTN quite a bit. His number one issue is flooding America with as many foreigners as possible, but he’s diversified his political portfolio, and he’s discovering the pleasure of destroying the goyim financially through student loan debt. It’s nice to see that Republicans will break their necks running to his beck and call.

I mean they don’t do anything against child tranny stuff, and celebrate anti-White policies when they’re not pushing those themselves. But fighting tooth and nail for extremely unpopular financier friendly policy? That’s just what they were put on this earth to do.

(((Bernie Marcus)))

Biden’s plan has been the subject of several lawsuits by conservative state attorneys general and legal groups, but plaintiffs before Thursday had struggled to convince courts they were harmed by it in such a way that they have standing to sue.

In his 26-page ruling, Pittman said it was irrelevant if Biden’s plan was good public policy because the program was “one of the largest exercises of legislative power without congressional authority in the history of the United States.”

Yes, the argument that the Trump appointed judge put forward was “sure, this is in the public interest but I don’t care.”

I haven’t written much about the student loan cancellation put out by the Biden administration. Last year I didn’t think it was happening. To my chagrin, the Biden admin put some weaksauce $10k forgiveness on the table. I was horrified that they would actually do something popular, but then they went ahead and oven’d a major proportion of the student loans. Unfortunately there was still $400 billion in loan cancellation on the table. To that end, the Republicans showed up, the knights in shining armour for international finance capital, and are here to make sure that no financier goes without a private island this Christmas, or rather Hanukkah.

Pittman wrote that the HEROES Act – a law that provides loan assistance to military personnel and that was relied upon by the Biden administration to enact the relief plan – did not authorize the $400 billion student loan forgiveness program.

“In this country, we are not ruled by an all-powerful executive with a pen and a phone,” Pittman wrote. “Instead, we are ruled by a Constitution that provides for three distinct and independent branches of government.”

I’ve run out of energy to describe how deeply I loathe these people. I hate servatives as much as I hate Chuck Schumer or Justin Trudeau. I’ve come to find their smug bullshit about “muh constitution,” as utterly insufferable as any zionist war propagandists pro-censorship spiel about “speech causing harm.” I find them utterly without redemption.

But hey, they’re serving a very important role in the political ecosystem. Our Democracy Class doesn’t really want to do student loan forgiveness, but having the kosher-left be fully responsible for this would be a bad look. Thank goodness the kosher-right is here to save them the embarrassment of being mask off shills.

  2. Not sure what you are trying to say but you sound like a boomer who doesn’t want student load forgiveness.

I think it would be nice if the dying US dollar was used to do something for the US population for once.

Americans need to demand more and more and be far more uppity, I don’t just want them to just wipe my ass, I want them to kiss it and tell me thank you afterwards.
