A small team of Canadian special operations forces have deployed to Israel in the wake of the October 7 attack, Global News has learned from multiple sources with direct knowledge of the mission.
The deployment includes Joint Task Force 2 (JTF2), Canada’s most elite and secretive military special forces unit. Joint Task Force 2 is Canada’s national mission force responsible for the most dangerous and sensitive missions the military undertakes, including counterterrorism and hostage rescue.
Sources told Global News the Canadian Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM) troops in Israel are dealing with security at the Canadian embassy (including any possible future evacuation of essential staff) and liaising with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
That is consistent with what retired Major-General Denis Thompson, a former CANSOFCOM commander, would expect, telling Mercedes Stephenson on The West Block that the special operations forces typically deploy to crisis areas quickly owing to their high state of readiness and agility, activating an “immediate task force” which enables them to draw on JTF2 and other units to accomplish their mission.
I can’t recommend A.Nonymous’ series on the Canadian Armed Forces enough, even if little of what he says should be surprising. Still, it’s always good to see someone on the inside document the never-ending committment to anti-Whiteness and pervertism, prioritizing that even over hitting their recruitment goals.

A Canadian effort to formally call out Hamas for the “deliberate cruelty” of its deadly Oct. 7 attacks on Israel has gone down to defeat at the United Nations.
Bob Rae, Canada’s ambassador to the United Nations, urged delegates Friday to back an amendment that would have named Hamas in a draft resolution calling for a temporary pause in the conflict.
Opponents of the amendment, however, derided it as one-sided, unequal and unfair, noting that the original resolution was expressly designed to avoid calling out either party.
The amendment went down to defeat, failing to garner the necessary two-thirds majority of votes in the General Assembly, while the resolution itself passed by a margin of 120-14.
Canada was among the 45 nations that abstained from the final vote after the amendment failed to pass.

Totally agree, but even this shill claim of “we scratch their back, they might not stab ours” is a bafflingly stupid argument for supporting Israel. I have come across shills making this case and my reply is always the same. If Israel is willing to give concessions when it is desperate (which it will never ever give under any circumstances making this debate pointless) why would we aid them in order to get them out of their desperation? Wouldn’t it be better to make them more desperate by support Palestine?It’s realpolitik. It’s standard prisoners dilemma with an advantage. The ball is on our court. Even if this concessions argument was true (which it absolutely is not) then the goal should be to make Israel more desperate. Getting them out of their desperation is against our interests. It’s in our direct interest to support Palestine to make Israel more desperate.
So even in these ridiculous stupid scenarios they give, it’ s STILL better to be pro-Palestine.
There is no compelling reason for anyone in our thing to not wholeheartedly support Palestine. Anyone who refuses to do so should be viewed with extreme suspicion.
