I covered the election three weeks ago, and, had I not been interrupted by life, I would have written this article just after. My recent move somewhat made me miss the boat, but I still think this is worth covering for posterity. Luckily, there have even been some additional developments in the meantime.

Juno News:

Conservative MP Andrew Scheer has been selected to serve as Interim Leader of the Official Opposition until Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre can be re-elected to Parliament.

Scheer the queer is, once again, the leader of the Servative Party of Canada. He’s so much of a generic, worthless, dorky shill that it’s difficult to say much about him. He, alongside Pierre Poilievre, is the grown up version of that one suckup kid in class who ratted on us to the teacher. A totally worthless man, replete with that trademark feminine nasty side, has been artificially promoted into the halls of power, again. Although, really, he’s just a servant with no real power.

Justin Trudeau is the single most laughable politician that I have ever seen, at least in any major capacity. Yet cretins like Andrew Scheer made Trudeau look like the reincarnation of Otto Bismark. Imagine getting blown the fuck out in four different elections by this guy.

Anyway, Scheer is the interim party leader because Pierre Poilievre couldn’t even keep his own seat.

Juno News:

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre is holding his first caucus meeting since the election and preliminary comments indicate a review of the campaign team is on the agenda.

Ahead of the meeting, Poilievre spoke with reporters, saying the election has resulted in a “very powerful and re-energized” party.

“Obviously, we didn’t come out on top, and that’s disappointing, but there is a lot to be thankful for. We’ve massively expanded our party, 2.3 million votes, 25 more seats, big gains in Ontario, British Columbia, some more modest gains in Quebec,” Poilievre said. “A very powerful and re-energized conservative coalition led by young people, workers, new immigrants, entrepreneurs, and big breakthroughs in manufacturing communities across the country.”

The Servatives remain far more interested in coming second in the NeoLiberal Competition than winning elections.

When asked if Conservatives would keep Jenni Byrne as their campaign director, multiple MPs lauded the work she did, citing the expansion of Conservative support and the caucus. Although some indicated that the campaign team would be “one of the things” that would be discussed at the caucus meeting.

It is objectively true that Woke Pierre’s marketing – the most visible part of any campaign – was terrible, even in a totally apolitical sense. The advertisements that tried to make him look cool and relatable instead exposed him as a pompous career politician doofus. Their campaign also based nearly the entirety of their messaging on hating Justin Trudeau, which predictably backfired when Trudeau resigned and was replaced by some Goldman Sachs banker named Carney.

To be clear, Trudeau resigning was openly talked about for months. This did not come out of nowhere. Conservative idiots making the majority of their messaging Trudeau Bad was an easily avoidable self-own. The same is true for not going on the Joe Rogan Experience. Yeah, Poilievre is a worthless shill who has nothing of substance to say, but Rogan wasn’t exactly going to do an ambush interview, now was he?

Truthfully, the Servative Party is so bad that Joe Rogan’s firm anti-trannies in sports take was probably too much for them. This is a guy who denounced the AfD after all.

National Post:

OTTAWA — Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre is expected to hear on Tuesday from caucus members’ discontent over mistakes made over the course of the campaign, with fingers pointing to campaign manager Jenni Byrne.

Conservative MPs and insiders who spoke to National Post did not lay the blame on Poilievre, who they said was busy crisscrossing the country, but rather the operational and internal decisions spearheaded by Byrne during the campaign.

The first half of that article gives voice to anonymous servatives whining about Byrne. I’m sure that their complaints are legitimate, and this is far from the only article giving voice to these concerns. I am also quite sure that this fat broad is being scapegoated. Four weeks after the election she still hasn’t been fired, so it’s a moot point anyway.

More interesting is what happens now for Poilievre.

Poilievre ultimately lost his seat by more than 4,000 votes to the Liberal candidate.

MacKay called that unexpected outcome “an enormous, big, hairy, knuckle-dragging gorilla in the room.”

MacKay also criticized the nomination process, which in some cases saw prospective candidates pushed away to the detriment of lesser-known candidates. He said “one of the very distinguishing features of conservativism is to be most respectful of the membership and grassroots” and that has been “whittled away” under the current campaign team.

In other words, the Conservative Party of Canada is totally (((corrupt))). It’s always been this way (((ideologically))), but now they appear to have fully embraced backroom pay for play deals.

He also said he did not understand why the party did not have a full slate of candidates ready to go. “The Conservatives were banging away for two years calling for an election. How on God’s green earth are we left with 90 unfilled nominations when the writ drops?”

Again, I don’t want to make this article go on forever, but there obviously was a tremendous amount of non-ideological incompetence. Now onto Poilievre’s future.

CBC:

The Conservatives know more today about when their leader could return to the House of Commons, now that Damien Kurek has been officially declared the member of Parliament for Battle River—Crowfoot.

Kurek, who won the election in the rural Alberta riding with more than 80 per cent of the vote, has promised to step aside to give Pierre Poilievre a chance to run for a seat.

The riding results are considered official once they’re published in the Canada Gazette, which happened Thursday.

According to federal law, Kurek must sit as a member of Parliament for 30 days before he can tender his resignation.

After that, the Speaker of the House of Commons would have to report the vacancy to the chief electoral officer, at which point the government would have 11 to 180 days to call a byelection.

Damien Kurek

Let’s take a minute to remark upon the total subversion of representative democracy, in which a member of your local community is supposed to be elected to serve as your advocate. Instead, after failing in Carleton, Woke PP is being given the safest Conservative seat in the country, where he can continue to collect over $300k per year to work 2 hours a week. I feel represented, and I’m sure the good people of Battle River – Crowfoot feel the same.

Make no mistake, Poiliever will win this seat. Damien Kurek, the MP stepping down, won his seat with almost 83% of the vote. The Liberal Party got 11.7% of the vote. The NDP 3.2%. The pathetic “People’s” Party of Canada got just 1.6% of the vote, which was more than double their national average.

It’s only a matter of time before this cretin starts collecting your tax dollars again.

The only thing that could theoretically stop Poilievre in this riding would be the PPC. Let’s check in with Maxime Bernier, and see what he’s been getting up to.

He’s been talking about ostriches.

And trying to relive the halcyon days of 2020-2025, when people actually cared about Covid issues, and he could get a minority of weirdos super excited about his worthless slopulism.

He also loves retweeting his own tweets, sometimes even in the same day.

Follow the science, like… RFK Jr.

Vote PPC, and Bernier will cleanse the streets of dangerous statins.

For the record, it isn’t really up for debate that statins work to lower the risk of heart disease for at risk groups. Sure, the side effects for any particular statin may outweigh the benefit for a relatively healthy individual. That’s why you talk a normal doctor, not InfoWars cranks. This issue is neither complicated nor important. It’s just something for Bernier to talk about, because his political party is an irrelevant joke that doesn’t have anything to offer the electorate anyway.

It is embarrassing for random peasants to believe that Donald Trump is anti-war. It is damning for the leader of a political party to do the same. I don’t think Bernier is that stupid. I think he’s inserting himself into a niche for Canadian boomers who love Trump and have money for donations to keep his grift going.

Occasionally, Bernier manages to hit on a real issue, like the CPC being just as bad on immigration as the rest of the zionist parties. Bernier’s solution to this to promote based anti-immigration activists like Jamil Jivani.

Boy, am I ever impressed.

Reluctantly, Bernier gets around to talking about the – if he and his party were serious – massively important byelection in Alberta. In order to fight this crucial battle, the PPC has renominated the same guy who got 1.6% of the vote. He will be heroically relitigating his low energy campaign, this time against Woke PP. At least they actually have a candidate for the election predicted to occur on August 5th.

TBF, this guy seems like a good dude. It’s the party that sucks.

The PPC is such a joke that they haven’t even tweeted about this since May 12th. That includes Bernier, the candidate Jonathan Bridges, and the PPC Greater Alberta account. It’s been two full weeks since any of these entities have even mentioned this campaign. No, they are not doing anything in person, either. No, they are not doing any other form of online marketing. With Bernier, you get tweets.

Imagine for a second, that the PPC wasn’t a joke headed by a LOLcow, with a history of stabbing the electorate in the back on cultural/social issues. Imagine instead, they were a real populist/nationalist party, with a real constituency. In that case, the opportunity here would be immense.

Pierre Poilievre is as weak a candidate as Justin Trudeau was. The more that people learn about him, the more disgusted they are. This is a guy who is so out of touch that he had a meltdown over someone wearing a straight pride shirt to one of his events. This is a guy who started collecting a taxpayer funded pension at age 31. This is a guy who crossed the aisle to vote for NDP legislation throwing people in jail for “trans deconversion therapy” targeted at saving children from groomers. Actually, I’ve said all this before, so let me simply quote myself.

This particular closet case is to the left of the average Green Party voter on domestic issues, but he makes up for that by kissing Israeli ass, and getting rid of at least part of our healthcare system (despite 63% of Conservative voters supporting pharmacare) because SoCIaLIsM, even though he was the finance minister when the Servatives gave $600 billion to bailout the banks in 2009. In short, he’s the perfect representative for the fake populist right.

Just like how the servatives made Trudeau look unbeatable, the PPC makes the CPC look like the Wayne Gretzky Oilers. Imagine instead of doing nothing, they rallied the troops, and poured every last resource into beating Poilievre out of a seat. Imagine that Bernier used some of the 100k+ he “earns” every year to buy some billboard ads which had Poilievre’s face next to a child tranny, with “helpful” facts about him.

Here’s a mockup I made in about one minute using MS Paint.

Forgot the part about denouncing Straight Pride, and there are a lot of things missing here, but this is exactly what I’m talking about. Also, maybe put in “Lieberal media” or something else equally stupid.

Here’s another, not as good example that I also made in two minutes in MS Paint.

Would probably be the candidate’s face, not Bernier’s, but you get the point. Also, the graphic design is horrible.

If Bernier wasn’t a worthless LOLcow, this is exactly what he’d do. The Servative base is fed dogwhistles all day long. When you explain to them that, no, Woke PP has no other purpose than to get out in front of you and make sure you get nothing, their popularity disappears. Furthermore, the only reason people support them at all is because they can make a credible claim to winning elections. Poilievre losing his safety seat would, in addition to being hilarious, be the single most revolutionary and destabilizing event in Canadian politics, at least in my lifetime.

Truthfully, even a close race would be a massive boost to the PPC, and a massive blow to the CPC. Something magical happens in a first past the post system when a candidate starts getting around 15% of the vote. People start to realize that they have a realistic shot at winning, stop voting strategically, and start voting for the candidate that actually represents them. Sure, Bernier doesn’t represent anyone except the people who watch InfoWars and purchase Alex Jones’ dick pills, but I’m talking about a theoretical PPC.

Instead, Bernier is such a worthless LOLcow that he’s publicly tweeted about how his political party doesn’t exist to win elections. No, it exists for vague cultural purposes that justify him being a perpetual loser.

I had to quote the 2023 tweet he’s referring to, because it is so damn ridiculous.

Bernier Twitter (June 21st, 2023):

If winning a seat was the only relevant thing for a political party to achieve, the political and media establishment would completely ignore us, and I would not have thousands of trolls constantly attacking me on social media.

The political and media establishment do ignore the PPC, and so does the electorate.

The reality is that giving disaffected voters a voice, raising taboo issues that other parties won’t touch, spreading alternative information and viewpoints, moving the Overton window, putting pressure on the other parties, and offering a political alternative at elections now and in the future (even if our vote is too spread out to elect MPs in our electoral system at the moment), are all worthwhile and important objectives for a political party.

“We’re moving the Overton Window,” is what grifters and losers say as a cope for having zero actual power. But Bernier isn’t even doing that, nor is he raising any “taboo issues.” He’s definitely not “putting pressure” on other parties with his less than 1% of the vote. If anything, their embarrassing electoral results serve to delegitimize the issues that they represent.

Those who say we should disappear because we don’t have seats don’t understand how democratic politics work — or more likely are intellectually dishonest and hate to have competition and to hear ideas they disagree with.

Behold, competition.

When they got less than 2% of the vote in their first election, that was understandable. It was still defensible when they won zero seats in the next election, since they got 5% of the vote. Now they’re down to 0.7% of the vote. Anyone who has a problem with this is intellectually dishonest, doesn’t understand how democratic politics work, or hates competition, according to Maxime Bernier.

The PPC was, in their own way, just as subversive as any other Canadian political party. Their job was to capture the energy, money, and time of people disaffected with the Conservatives, and channel them into some Alex Jones-tier grift operation. If they had ever managed to get any political power, Bernier would have turned that into some kooky counter jihad bullshit, where he increases the number of BASED Indians coming into the country, or something else gay like that.

Note that when I say this was their job, I don’t necessarily mean that Bernier got marching orders from CSIS, although he could well have. It’s more that he understands politics well enough to know the safe, harmless, impotent, and therefore allowed routes to take to continue collecting 100k+ per year – plus travel expenses – while giving one or two speeches per month.

If they were ever real, they’d have faced real oppression from the Canadian Federal Government. Instead, Bernier was so fake that Elon Musk never even censored him, like he did with the NJP, Patriotic Alternative, and even now both WarStrike commenters, Warren Balogh and Eric Striker.

There is no genuine nationalist/populist party on the horizon, but at least if they do arrive, they no longer have to deal with this parasite suffocating any of these energies in the crib.

  1. Great to see you back. I miss the days of absurdly high frequency Daily Rake output of your excellent work, but can only imagine how taxing that is with the time and effort demands that wage slavery entails.
The Koshservatives truly are a party of gay blackmailed pedo eager Shabbos goy pathetic worms, and Scheer, Poillievre, O’Toole, etc are perfect embodiments of this. Thanks for the great work.

Hail Daily Rake & Hail WarStrike!!!

    1. Muchos Gracias.

  2. All Western politics appear to be nothing more than a poorly written made-for-television drama, translated from the original Hollywood screenplay in Yiddish.

It might be slightly less intolerable if they didn’t use the same script in every country, just with different actors playing the same role in each instance.
